Our Story

Meet our CEO, Nathan Carlisle

At the age of 12, Nathan Carlisle was faced with the news that his mother, a Mormon, was leaving on a special mission for 5 years and he would be living with his uncle. This was devastating for him, especially since his father had passed away two years prior. To make ends meet, he ended up quitting school after 8th grade to work full-time building fences with his uncle.

By the time he was 18, he moved on to work as a framer for a $6M company and quickly climbed the ladder. Within 2.5 years, he was running his own crew building the Marriott in Sedona, AZ.

Not able to grown in his job, Nathan began working for a steel erection company in sales and estimating. In just 18 months, he took the company from $1M - $2.5M.

Nathan was then recruited by a larger steel erection company and within his first three months, he successfully bid and landed their first Amazon warehouse for $11M. During his 9 months there, he also landed the top 3 profitable jobs to date. However, he was once again faced with the problem of not being allowed to grow in the company.

At 24, Nathan founded TecTon Construction. In his first year, he did $3M in business and within four years, he is set to hit $30M. Despite only having an 8th-grade education, he learned the power of hard work, leadership, and integrity.

He has recruited his brothers to work for him and together they have a combined 65 years of experience in construction.
